    • Complete the following courses Intentional Peer Support (IPS) 101 Intentional Peer Support (IPS) CORE Training Intentional Peer Support (IPS) Co-Reflection Training Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP) Training
      or
      Action Planning for Prevention and Recovery (APPR)
  • Step 2

    Apply for and pass the Peer Support Specialist Certification Exam

    • Pass exam
  • Earn Rapid Response Peer Support Specialist Certification

    • Finish

Become a Rapid Response Certified Peer Support Specialist

As of right now, this certification is only available to those working in certain behavioral health facilities. To see if your facility is offering this track and if you are eligible, consult your supervisor.
